Up to 100% cost coverage with an education voucher

Our company is a certified educational provider institution according to the AZAV guidelines (Akkreditierungs- und Zulassungsverordnung Arbeitsförderung).

The courses offered by Nawrocki Alpin can therefore be supported and financed as a means of continuing education and training through the Employment Agency - with up to 100% coverage through an education voucher - the so called  Bildungsgutschein.

The local Employment Agency reviews whether the corresponding conditions and educational needs are present - (some with a threat of unemployment or current unemployment).
After approval you will receive the education voucher that guarantees the absorption of the costs.

Grant (Bildungsprämie)

Continuing education with a grant

For employees who require professional development to improve their chances on the labor market, there is the possibility to reduce the cost of training and courses, respectively with an education bonus (Bildungsprämie) (maximum value of the voucher: 500 Euro).

Prerequisites: currently employed and/or working at least 15 hours a week, not more than 20,000 euros annual taxable income  (jointly assessed: 40,000 euros), previously performed personal advice at a state-recognized counselling center (Consultation offices in Berlin).

WeGebAU

Training for employees with low qualifications or of advanced age in a company

The WeGebAU program of the Federal Employment Agency supports since 2006 low-skilled workers as well as small and medium companies with the professional qualification of its employees.
Through the education vouchers, employers can encourage their employees to conclude a Qualification, in this case, with the continuing education voucher (Weiterbildungsmaßnahme, AZAV certified) with continued salary payment.

In addition to the partial or complete refund of the course fees, there are cases in which it is possible to support with other expenses (example: travel expenses).

Tax saving

Training and further education in the in the income tax return

Costs for training and further education can be deducted through the income tax return. Thereby, with occasional fairly extensive tax savings.
As income-related expenses, expenses for training and vocational education are deductible in accordance with the § 9 of the Income Tax Act (Einkommensteuergesetzes - EStG).
For taxpayers who have not yet completed any vocational training, they have the opportunity to partially deduct the costs of a first time training according to the § 10 Abs. 1 Nr. 7 of the Income Tax Act EStG.
