Service without compromising performance

To avoid an early material wear and loss of performance (up to five per cent), it is necessary to eliminate imbalances.
Prior to the initial start-up measurement should be carried out and existing imbalances be elimi-nated. 

In almost every wind turbine, the rotors recover their original condition after repairing those imbalances.

(Mass imbalance is mainly due to the individual manufacture of the rotor blades). 
(Aerodynamic imbalance is caused by a relative angle misalignment of the blade.) 

This is a means of profit optimization.
